Review:
This incredible adventure and fantasy book is about Peter, Tubby Ted, James, Prentiss, Thomas, Molly, Slank, Black Stache and Alf. It starts off with 5 orphans who become known as “The Lost Boys”  and are taken on a pirate ship to a place called Rundoon, where you have to salute with three fingers to the king Zarboff the Third, or else he will feed your fingers to his pet snake. The ship called “The Neverland” holds a trunk and in that trunk, there is stuff called “Starstuff” which gives you the ability to fly, know what other people are feeling, change their feelings, making other people fall asleep and make people intelligent. If it falls into the wrong hands, things will start to go bad. Black Stache, the captain of the sea’s worst ship, captures every ship he wants and he wants the trunk. Slank the captain of “Neverland”, which is the ship The Lost Boys are on, protects the trunk and so does Molly. I love this book because it has lots of pirate stuff and really cool things about the storyline. The trunk is very exciting for me. I would recommend this for grades 4-10 and it’s adventure, fantasy and comedy all in one book! To find out more, you should read the fabulous book “Peter and the Starcatchers”.
